Cancellation Policy

At Devi Studios, we understand that things happen and plans can change. To respect the time have your artist/technician and our clients, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours prior to their scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the 30% deposit.
